New clients consultations

Clients are required to receive a new client consultation. Please try to arrive 15 mins early to fill out a client information card. 

All  color clients are required to receive a color consultation.  It includes  a patch test and choose of color, as well as fill out color waiver.


Services can be subject to change at the stylists request. Quotes are not binding. accurate pricing is based on client consultation.

Please come with your hair in original state unless you have booked for Hair Removal add on service. If you haven't booked that service and show up to you appt with hair extensions/tangled You will be charged an extra fee, plus applicable fees if appointment is still available.  You may have to reschedule your appointment at stylist discretion.

Children are not allowed in the salon suite if not being serviced. Appreciate your cooperation.

Appointment booking/ scheduling

You can request your services any time 24/7 via text message.( Possible 24 hr response). Phone calls from 9-7pm. Online booking is available 24/7.

Please arrive on time to your appointment to facilitate your services being completed in a timely fashion.

If running behind you will receive a text/ call  from the salon to prevent you from waiting.

Please call if you are running late to your appointment. You will be given a 15 min grace period with a phone call. Any time past 15 min, may result in a rescheduling of appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling appointments

If you have to cancel your appt, please call/text within 48 hrs in order to  receive your deposit back. Rescheduling your appointment please call/text within 24 hrs. Your deposit will follow you with your appointment.

No call / No show  you will not receive your deposit back.

Products and service rendered

No return on ANY services rendered.

No return on  Any retail products.
